National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (NTMC) was constituted under the Ministry of Home Affairs on 31st January, 2013. It has empowered to provide communication intelligence by monitoring all electronic communication to all the law enforcement & intelligence agencies to strengthen the national security .From the very beginning, as such NTMC has been playing a pivotal role in protecting the overall security of the country by providing technical support through monitoring electronics communication.
The significance of the "Digital Bangladesh" (Vision 2021) slogan of incumbent government for national development is immense. But it is an undenying fact that path to glory will be hard to achieve in present cyber scenario context. None the less NTMC has been continuously working to protect the country's security by insisting on ‘ সবার আগে দেশ’ or 'Nation Comes First' .
I firmly believe that, NTMC has been able to reflect its liability to all the law enforcement & intelligence agencies in the excellence of technology, and the confidence that NTMC has achieved will continue to increase. With the establishment of "Digital Bangladesh", I am confident that NTMC will continue to make every effort to build a nation that is free from crime and stable law and order situation and wish NTMC success.
